These guys have quite a story. Second generation of organic farmers, their farm called Capay Organic is northeast of San Francisco, California.

Founded in 1992, Farm Fresh to You started delivering boxes to homes and offices. They started small and now it’s a movement! But really, you should spend a few minutes reading their story on their site. Truly family-owned.

They have good content on their site. There’s a weekly blog under Farm News. There’s a great article about what it actually means to be certified organic. And much more.

They grow all sorts of fruits, vegetables and greens.

As far as their fresh boxes are concerned, you can dictate the frequency, type and size. You don’t have to receive your box every week. If you want you box every other week, every three weeks that’s totally fine too. Each delivery comes with farmer news and recipes. It’s easy to get started.

Farm Fresh to You has a store in San Francisco inside the Ferry Building. The are open 7 days a week over there. You can also find them at several different farmers market around the bay area including Oakland.

Again, you have to know that modern methods of growing our fruits and vegetables can be harmful and even destructive to our environment. Support farmers such as these above and you help our home, Earth, be more healthy 🙂

Thanks for reading our website.
